Nothing like a shameless plug here and there.

Jerry, if I don’t plug me, who will? Remember this is the Winter Haven Chamber blog. We should all go out and plug ourselves!

My family and I are looking to move to Winter Haven. We are having a hard time finding which schools are the best in the area. Any suggestions?

    Joe:

The best schools depend on what it is you are looking for. We have great magnet schools, IB and Schools of the Arts as well as great private/College Prep schools. Click on my name for my contact information if I can answer any questions for you. As an FYI I am a Realtor but I really am not trying to be self serving as was mentioned above.

    Thanks

    Bob,
These are wonderful pictures, but they are not from Oswego. Yes they have lots of snow there, but these are 2004 pictures of the Trans-Labrodor Highway in northern Canada. Yes that surely is a heckufa lotta snow!

    Thanks Jeff!

To our readers … my humble apologies. The photo displayed was posted on the internet and obviously not labeled correctly. I’ll take Jeff’s correction and stand with that until someone proves otherwise.

But it remains a great example of “why we live here.”

    I regret the inaccuracy.
